These terms cover your use of FPL Gaffer (fplgaffers.com), run by FPL Gaffer, and of FPL Gaffer Pro, its paid subscription. By using the site you agree to them.
What FPL Gaffer is
An independent analysis tool for Fantasy Premier League. It reads public data from the FPL game and shows analysis of it. It is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the Premier League or FPL. It never signs in to your FPL account and never changes your team.
Projections, verdicts and the gaffers' comments are estimates, not promises. Decisions about your team are yours.
FPL Gaffer Pro
- Pro costs $3 a month or $12 a year, plus any sales tax or VAT for your country, shown at checkout before you pay.
- It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from the “Manage subscription” link on the Pro page or from your Paddle receipt. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Pro is tied to your purchase, not an account: it can be switched on for up to five of your devices using the order id and email on your receipt.
- What Pro includes is listed on the Pro page. Everything that is free today stays free.
Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
Fair use
Don't try to break, overload or scrape the site, or resell what it shows. We may limit or refuse access to anyone who does.
Changes and availability
We may change or stop features. If a change takes away something Pro includes, you can cancel and get a refund for the unused part of your period. We try to keep the site running but don't promise it will always be available, especially when FPL's own data is unavailable.
Liability
As far as the law allows, FPL Gaffer is provided as is, and our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last twelve months. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by law.
